About the Event
Leave the world behind and slow down pace of mind as we come together in a beautiful and SECRET setting with magical scenery and inspiring women folk.
We will meet at the yet to be given secret destination in The Gap and take our time to connect with nature, our bodies and ourselves as we move through a Vinyassa yoga class on a flat grassy space.
Still with our Shavasana mindset we will meander together on a mindful walk and maybe even some stillness and mindfulness.
Then its time to set up our soft comfy Harem space and lay out our food and commence our time to connect with women folk of similar minds.
The Perfect morning.
Cost is $55 and includes a brunch, yoga and Bliss. (please confirm if you have any food intolerances)
