Mountain Rainforest Women's Yoga and SUP Yoga Retreat

Wild Peace retreats are all about indulging in everything from yoga and mindfulness in the outdoors, creating connections with like-minded women, to sipping a glass of Bubbly and eating delicious home cooked gourmet meals.

In other words... living life to the fullest... And the 2023 Mountain Rainforest and Yoga Retreat will be just that!

Expect 4 nights of 'off grid' rainforest accommodation (shared rooms and some shared beds and some sofa beds) nestled amongst the private rainforest surroundings, all with a 'humble living outdoors, indoors' vibe. This is not a luxury retreat by any means. This is a humble 'back to nature experience with supported adventure, awakening yoga and heartfelt food'.

Expect early morning Vinyassa Yoga classes on the rainforest surrounded deck.

Expect the adventure of taking your yoga practice onto a Stand-Up Paddle (SUP) Board onto the flat expansive waters of close-by Lake Baroon Pocket Dam followed by a collective exploration of the dams further reaches.

Expect an opportunity for a night out at a local restaurant with the whole tribe (self funded).

Expect an adventurous guided bushwalk into the depths of the beautiful Kondalila Rainforest with an option to walk down into the valley to look up at the stunning Kondalilla Waterfalls.

Expect and opportunity to join in on an assisted Women's Circle talking group to explore our deeper connections with our feminine architypes.

Expect warm welcoming company, laughter, connection and adventure in a lush tropical setting..

Expect beautiful gourmet influenced home cooked meals.

Expect to finish the weekend feeling truly spent, elated and whole heartedly alive!

Cost $700 for 4 nights accomodation plus all meals included except an evening meal and drinks self-purchase at the restaurant. BYO SUP Board and I will do my best to supply one if you cannot access one.

NOTE: Welcome drinks and Bubbly supplied but otherwise BYO drinks.

This property has the capacity to sleep up to 12 people in 3 bedrooms so there may be the up to 4 people in one bedroom with some people sleeping on sofa beds. There is also only 1 bathroom at the property.
